I recently booked an appointment for the weight loss programme and had a really positive experience. The clinic itself was beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions without rushing. Excellent service provided by Fastheal today. I'd been having problems getting a particular HRT tablet - had contacted 5 other pharmacies before ringing Fastheal. Called them this morning to see if they had any in stock. The chap I spoke to was brilliant, very friendly and helpful, said that they did have some and that if I emailed my prescription over he could register me on their system to dispense and deliver. Received my prescription this evening. I have had good experience with Fastheal in the past as they used to dispense my late mother in laws medication in blister packs, again always had good service from them. ~ Laura H
